No returns or refunds
Every Porqué Pish piece is embroidered by hand and made in small numbers, so we don’t accept returns or give refunds.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange a size. Email info@porquepish.com with your order number and we’ll help you.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email info@porquepish.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and an unboxing video, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@porquepish.com within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships, and we’ll refund you in full.
