Who we are
Porqué Pish is a small clothing label based in Mumbai, India. You can reach us at info@porquepish.com.
By using porquepish.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our clothes
Every piece is embroidered by hand and made in small batches, so no two are exactly alike. Small differences in stitching, colour or size are part of the handwork, not defects. Colours may look a little different on your screen.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see your full card details. If a price on the site is wrong, we’ll let you know and refund you in full if you’d rather not go ahead.

Orders and cancellations
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email. To cancel, email info@porquepish.com within 24 hours of placing your order, before it ships, and we’ll refund you in full. After that, orders can’t be cancelled. If we ever have to cancel an order, we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping
Orders are packed by hand in Mumbai and ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 days within India. For orders outside India, DM us on Instagram or email info@porquepish.com.

Exchanges and returns
We don’t take returns or give refunds, but we’re happy to exchange a size. Write to us with your order number. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll make it right.

Our designs
The words, embroidery, designs, photos and the Porqué Pish name and logo are ours. Please don’t copy or use them commercially without asking us first.

Liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Complaints
If something isn’t right, email info@porquepish.com. We’ll reply within 48 hours.

Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
